At Zivaah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please read through our Return & Exchange Policy for all the details.
1. Return Policy
We want you to love your Zivaah jewelry, but if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll gladly help you return it under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Unused, unworn, and undamaged items are eligible for return.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and receipts intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Sale items or discounted purchases are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective.
- Return is applicable only if you have received a different product from the one you ordered.
2. Exchange Policy
If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to assist. Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for unused, unworn, and undamaged items.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- The item must be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value (if exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference must be paid).
3. How to Return or Exchange Your Item
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at zivaah.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.

Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

Prepare the Package: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging, including all tags and receipts. Make sure to include the RA number in the package.

Ship the Item: Return the item using a trackable shipping service. Please send the item to the address we provide in the return instructions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.
- International Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Refunds for sale or discounted items will be issued based on the original price paid, not the discounted price.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing your jewelry, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or offer a full refund.
To return a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Email us at zivaah.shop@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the original packaging (if possible).
We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the return of the defective product and ship out a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective.
8. Late or Missing Returns
If your return or exchange request is made after 7 days, we may not be able to process the return. However, we encourage you to contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a solution. Please note that we cannot process returns for items that are used, damaged, or altered.
9. International Returns
For customers outside India, please note the following:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties or import taxes for returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return package to ensure it arrives safely.
- We can only process exchanges for products of equal or lesser value for international returns.
