Returns Policy

At Zivaah, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please read our Returns Policy below to ensure a smooth and quick experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn, and unopened jewelry items. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and receipts intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must not have been customized, engraved, or altered in any way.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
  • Return is applicable only if you have received a different product from the one you ordered.

If the item you wish to return does not meet the above criteria, we may not be able to process your return.

2. How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to zivaah.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. You will need to package the item securely, along with the RA number, and return it to us.

  3. Shipping the Return: Please ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend insuring the shipment as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at zivaah.shop@gmail.com. We will help you with the exchange process. The exchanged item must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined above.

Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for both the return and the exchange. If the item you're exchanging is of higher value than the original item, you will be asked to pay the difference.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
  • If the item was purchased during a sale or promotional event, the refund will be issued based on the original purchase price, not the sale price.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a free return label for the return of the damaged or defective product and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

To help us process your request quickly, please send us:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item
  • The original packaging (if possible)

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

7. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside India, please note that:

  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not cover customs or import duties for international returns.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified time, please first check with your bank or payment provider as there may be processing delays. If the refund is still not reflected after this, please contact us at support@zivaah.com for further assistance.
