Once you place an order with Zivaah, we begin processing it as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any issue with your order (such as a product being out of stock or a problem with payment), we will notify you promptly via email or phone.
2. Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options based on your location and preferences. All orders are shipped securely and can be tracked until they reach you. Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days, available for certain locations.
- International Shipping: For customers outside of India, international shipping times may vary depending on the destination, usually ranging from 7–14 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery address, weather conditions, and other factors. Please note that we do not control delivery times once the package is with the courier service.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, order size, and shipping method. You can view the total shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order. We offer free shipping on orders over ₹499 within India.
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of the items in your cart. Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier's website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order has been shipped.
5. Delivery Address
It is important to provide an accurate and complete delivery address when placing your order. Zivaah is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 7. Lost or Damaged Items

- For damaged items, please send us photos of the damaged package and product within 7 days of receiving it.
